MAINTENANCE ADMIN

Maintenance

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Help the Maintenance Manager in maintaining the Maintenance Department's systems and procedures.

  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in organizing and coordinating maintenance activities for maintenance department. 

  • Provides administrative support to the Maintenance Department.

  • Effectively communicating the maintenance schedule with the Maintenance Foreman.

  • Assessing and place orders for supplies and machinery/equipment as required by the Maintenance Department.

  • Updating and maintaining asset and task information for preventative maintenance.

  • Analyzing downtime data to develop effective preventive maintenance procedures.

  • Gathering information to complete monthly reports for maintenance.

  • Compiling data for maintenance-related monthly report.

  • Coordinating both scheduled and ad hoc tasks performed by contractors.

  • Distributing all required supplies and equipment needed for Maintenance Department.

  • Adhere with the company's safety rules and policies when performing duties.

Qualifications:

  • Citizen or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam.

  • Diploma in Administration or related field.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in administration and record keeping.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.

  • Commitment to Occupational Health and Safety, especially practice work safety in an operational workshop.
