PROJECT MANAGER
Production Department
Responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Will work closely with project managers, team members, and clients to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
Roles and responsibilities:

Creating project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Monitoring project progress and ensuring that milestones are met.

Identifying and mitigating project risks.

Managing project teams and providing guidance and support as needed.

Communicating project status to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or issues.

Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Facilitating project meetings and ensuring that action items are addressed.
Authority:

Project Planning: You will have the authority to develop the project plan, including timelines, budgets, and milestones. This will involve gathering input from stakeholders and team members and making decisions regarding project scope, objectives, and resources.

Resource Allocation: You will have the authority to allocate resources to the project, including personnel, equipment, and materials. This will involve working with other managers and department heads to ensure that the project team has the necessary resources to complete the project on time and within budget.

Team Management: You will have the authority to manage the project team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance reviews. You will also be responsible for resolving conflicts and ensuring that team members are working effectively together.

Risk Management: You will have the authority to identify and mitigate project risks, including making decisions regarding risk acceptance, avoidance, or transfer. This will involve working with other stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Project Monitoring and Control: You will have the authority to monitor project progress, identify issues and deviations from the plan, and take corrective action as needed. This will involve tracking project metrics and communicating project status to stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience with project management tools and software.

Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
-
PMP or other project management certification is an advantage.
