Business Development and Marketing

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving business goals and will act as key point of contact for clients of UNIK to provide both pre- and after-sales advice.

  • Responsible for generating new leads and identifying new market opportunities for UNIK and also to achieve company set targets.

  • Identifying and securing new clients and service accounts via proactive marketing exercise for UNIK including sales calls, business presentations and participation in sales events.

  • Producing technical write up on the product solutions and offerings for UNIK and update sales activities during weekly meetings and provide monthly sales reporting.

  • Adhering to UNIK company policies and procedures.

  • Ability to meet the KPI requirements of UNIK such as number of quotations issues, conversion rate of quotations issues, and sales volume.


  • Citizen or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam.

  • Degree in Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in Sales Management.

  • Knowledgeable and good understanding of products and its integration.

  • Excellent consultative and presentation skills.

  • Able to understand high level of customer needs and identify prerequisites.

  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks and learning attitude.
